Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, your role involves acquiring new asset relationships through various channels and managing a portfolio of 30-40 BBG relationships based on the geography covered and branches assigned to you. You will be responsible for maintaining High Net Worth (HNW) relationship management with BBG customers to ensure top-notch service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving overall business targets in terms of volumes and profitability for BBG customers - Regularly interacting with branches to generate leads for BBG, updating leads in CRM, ensuring conversions, and following the complete lead conversion process - Conducting market scoping to identify potential customers with wallet share for all BBG customers, devising product penetration strategies, and formulating achievement strategies in collaboration with the branch banking team - Following the prescribed sales process, including updating client calls for existing and prospective clients in a structured manner either individually or with support groups, branches, or supervisors In terms of Customer Relationship Management, you will be responsible for: - Building relationships with both internal and external customers - Ensuring client satisfaction and catering to all banking needs of the customers - Preparing customer profiling sheets and identifying cross-sell and revenue-increasing opportunities - Preparing Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) and resolving customer queries efficiently Furthermore, your role requires stakeholder coordination, including: - Coordinating with credit for CAM approval, deferral waiver/extension, and other customer requirements such as Buyers Credit and TOD's - Facilitating E-Net, CMS, and cross-selling other relevant banking products Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management within the banking sector - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite - Sound understanding of financial products and services This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can leverage your relationship management skills to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.,
