JOB TITLE Relationship Manager Retail Sales Reports to Channel Head/State Head- Retail Sales (depending upon the location) No of Direct reportees Nil Department Sales JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for mobilizing funds from Distribution Channels. JOB ROLE : Primary Responsibility of the candidate is to build, develop and enhance relationships across All Channels. Ensure timely coverage of all the relationships assigned which should result into effective communication about Axis Mutual Fund, its schemes and all other aspects. The role encompasses a variety of related activities like innovative sales initiatives and ideas, coordination for sales meetings and keeping a tab on mutual fund market information. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own activities so these targets are met. Ensure maximum market share for Axis Mutual funds scheme within the channel. JOB REQUIREMENTS: The employee should have demonstrated significant contribution to the business growth in the market through Distribution Channel. Should have demonstrated working effectively with all the stakeholders. The candidate should be diligent and open to extensive local commute & Outstation travel if required. Should have strong understanding of the products and key business parameters. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Post graduate /Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience NISM certification mandatory. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Should have strong business acumen. Should be focus on achieving results and the targets assigned. Should be able to relate well to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired objectives ; recognizing the need to represent both the business and team. Aware & understands the organizations vision & strategic goals. Continually evaluates personal progress in line with organizations goal. Should have systematic and planned approach against individual & teams goal Accepts responsibility and consequences for own performance. Makes prompt, timely and appropriate decisions during complexity and risk. Delivers quality service & follows customer needs in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Identifies opportunities where he/she can offer help and support people in the team to achieve teams goal. Aware of own strengths, development areas, interests and aspirations. OTHER REQUIREMENT The incumbent should have a good understanding and interpretation of financial market data. Should have strong understanding of changing dynamics of Mutual Fund Industry.
