Recruitment and Team Building • RMs need to identify, onboard and build a team of IIA (Insurance Investment Advisors) • Train and guide new team members to enhance their performance. Field Work and Prospecting • Conduct joint fieldwork (JFW) with team members to drive business growth. • Schedule meetings with prospects to conduct need analysis and explain TATA AIA’s life insurance products. Sales Planning • Develop & implement short-term & long-term plans to achieve sales targets. • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed D.
