Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are hiring motivated Relationship Managers to drive sales and foster strong client relationships for Bringmark. This is a target-driven, high-growth Sales Role with significant earning potential.
हम Bringmark के लिए सेल्स बढ़ाने और ग्राहकों से मज़बूत रिश्ते बनाने के लिए रिलेशनशिप मैनेजर्स को नौकरी दे रहे हैं। यह एक सेल्स जॉब है जिसमें बड़ा मुनाफा कमाने का मौका है।

Products & Services / आप इन चीज़ों की डीलिंग करेंगे:
  • Salon & Beauty Courses (Online & Offline)
  • Custom Websites & Mobile Apps
  • CRM, HRMS, AI, & Business Software (बिजनेस सॉफ्टवेयर)
  • Beauty & Salon Service Bookings
  • B2B and B2C deals — कंपनियों और आम ग्राहकों के साथ
Key Responsibilities / प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियाँ
  • Build strong relationships with salon owners, clients & partners. / मज़बूत रिश्ते बनाना।
  • Promote Bringmark's apps, websites, software & courses. / Bringmark के प्रोडक्ट्स को बढ़ावा देना।
  • Meet monthly sales targets and close high-value deals. / सेल्स टारगेट पूरा करना।
  • Generate & convert B2B/B2C leads. / लीड्स बनाना और कन्वर्ट करना।
  • Provide excellent customer support and follow-ups. / बढ़िया कस्टमर सपोर्ट देना।

Eligibility & Requirements / पात्रता और आवश्यकताएँ
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. / कम से कम 12वीं पास या ग्रेजुएट।
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills. / अच्छी बातचीत और मोल-भाव करने की कला।
  • Basic knowledge of websites, apps, CRM preferred. / वेबसाइट्स, ऐप्स, CRM की बेसिक जानकारी हो तो बेहतर है।
  • Fresher or experienced candidates welcome. / फ्रेशर या अनुभवी, दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Mandatory Requirements for WFH / WFH के लिए ज़रूरी चीज़ें:

Stable Wi-Fi connection / Wi-Fi कनेक्शन

Earning Structure

WFO (Work from Office)

Max. Basic Salary: ₹1,10,000
Commission: 5% on achieved sales

Potential Total: ₹1,60,000+

WFH (Work from Home)

Max. Basic Salary: ₹70,000
Commission: 3% on achieved sales

Potential Total: ₹1,00,000+

Important Notes (खास जानकारी)

  • Basic Salary Proportional: The basic salary is paid based on your monthly sales achievement.
बेसिक सैलरी: यह हर महीने आपकी बिक्री (sales) पर निर्भर करती है। WFO में पूरा टारगेट ₹9,00,000 करने पर पूरे ₹1,10,000 मिलेंगे। WFH में पूरा टारगेट ₹9,00,000 करने पर पूरे ₹70,000 मिलेंगे।
  • Unlimited Commission: Commission is 5% (WFO) and 3% (WFH) of your total sales. There is no upper limit on commission, allowing for unlimited earning potential.
अनलिमिटेड कमीशन: कमीशन की कोई सीमा नहीं है। WFO में 5% और WFH में 3% कमीशन मिलता है।
  • Fixed Salary Eligibility: Achieve the ₹9,00,000 target for 3 consecutive months to qualify for a fixed basic salary (₹1,10,000 WFO / ₹70,000 WFH).
फिक्स्ड सैलरी: लगातार 3 महीने टारगेट पूरा करने पर आपकी बेसिक सैलरी फिक्स हो जाएगी।
