Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Dehra Dun. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, understanding clients financial goals, and identifying suitable financial products tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, offering investment advisory services, regularly reviewing client portfolios, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role requires maintaining compliance with industry regulations while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management, understanding customer needs, and building trust
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions
  • Ability to offer expert advisory services and proactive portfolio review to meet client investment goals
  • Demonstrated sales, business development, and cross-selling capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for financial services is a strong advantage
  • Relevant certifications in finance or investment management are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
