Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Relationship Manager in the Agri-SME Vertical, based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating new to bank business from DSA/Connectors/Consultants and with his overall market presence in the agricultural and SME sectors. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, identifying potential business opportunities, analyzing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving business targets.

Qualifications

Prior Experience in Working capital/SME/Agri vertical.
Understanding of financial solutions and products.(WCG/OD/EPC/PCFC/LC/BG etc)
Market research and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team.
