Relationship Head - DigiLantern (Domestic + US Market)

You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a total work experience of 5-10 years, including at least 5 years of experience in relationship management and 3 years in working on a SaaS platform. Proficiency in any of the following languages: Italian, English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required. Your responsibilities will include adhering to defined processes, staying in touch with customers, updating customer details in the CRM tool, conducting usage analysis, leveraging market data, and ensuring customer goals are met. You will be responsible for creating and managing a team, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and other duties as assigned. You must possess excellent presentation and analytical skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office and web-related terms, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure. Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation are essential. Candidates with a background in hotel reservations or revenue management from leading hotel organizations, especially those who have maintained client relationships in the US & UK, are preferred.,
