Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager at DigiLantern located in Noida, your role will involve adhering to all defined processes including client engagement guidelines. You will stay in regular touch with all customers in the given portfolio to service the account holistically and ensure that all customer details are updated regularly in the CRM tool. Your responsibilities will also include conducting ongoing usage analysis to gauge product effectiveness, leveraging market data to enhance business relationships, and conducting periodic audits to collect positive feedback for marketing purposes. It will be your responsibility to review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met. Additionally, you will create and manage a Relationship Management team at DigiLantern, ensuring that customer goals and expectations are being met and working towards increasing revenue from the customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Adhering to all defined processes including client engagement guidelines - Staying in regular touch with all customers to service the account holistically - Updating all customer details regularly in the CRM tool - Conducting ongoing usage analysis and leveraging market data - Reviewing major deliverables to ensure quality standards are met - Creating and managing a Relationship Management team - Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for current customers - Other duties as assigned by top management Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent - Proficiency in Italian, English, Spanish, or Portuguese - Total work experience of 5-10 years with 5+ years in relationship management and 3+ years on a SaaS platform - Excellent presentation and analytical skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-related terms - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under pressure - Excellent communication skills and team player approach - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills - Self-motivated with high attention to detail - Experience in hotel reservations or revenue management preferred - Local candidates with client relationship experience in the US & UK preferred Join DigiLantern as a Client Relationship Manager and contribute to building strong client relationships, growing accounts, and increasing company revenue through effective relationship management strategies.,
