Job Opening: Relationship Executive (RE) RBL Bank Credit Card Sales

Role Overview :

As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new credit card customers through direct marketing and on-the-ground engagement. Your activities will include:

Contacting potential customers via cold calls and following up on existing leads

Approaching prospects in high-traffic locations such as:

Shopping Malls

Supermarkets

Petrol Pumps

Open Markets

Presenting credit card benefits and features in a clear, persuasive manner

Addressing customer questions and objections

Closing sales on the spot and achieving daily/monthly targets

Note : This is a 100% field-based role with a strong focus on sales performance.

Eligibility Criteria :

Education: Minimum 10th Pass

Experience : 6 months – 1 year in open market credit card sales preferred (Freshers with sales interest may also apply)

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month (Fixed)

Incentives : High, performance-based incentives on achieving targets

Work Locations : Openings across Bangalore, Mysore, and Hubli
