About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Relationship Executive to manage and enhance our recruitment operations, specifically focusing on hiring remote callers to onboard blue-collar workers. This role requires a blend of skills in recruitment, data management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic problem-solving to achieve targeted outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Team Management:

  • Manage the hiring of remote callers through various channels such as online job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Oversee and optimize the performance of a distributed team tasked with recruiting blue-collar workers.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to remote callers to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies and target achievement.

Data Management:

  • Maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities and candidate databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Analyze recruitment data to evaluate team performance and identify effective recruitment channels and strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal standards and organizational policies.

Query Resolution:

  • Serve as a primary contact for resolving queries from team members, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve issues efficiently to maintain smooth operational flow and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate senior staff or departments.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including HR departments, team leaders, and senior management, to ensure cohesive recruitment efforts.
  • Report on recruitment metrics and progress towards goals in stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop and sustain robust professional relationships to support ongoing and future recruitment needs.

Target Achievement:

  • Establish clear recruitment targets and strategies to meet workforce requirements.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve or exceed recruitment targets.
  • Celebrate team successes and constructively address shortfalls to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment channels and modern recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and data management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
