Responsibilities: Recruitment and Team Management: Manage the hiring of remote callers through various channels such as online job portals, social media, and professional networks. Oversee and optimize the performance of a distributed team tasked with recruiting blue-collar workers. Provide training, support, and guidance to remote callers to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies and target achievement. Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities and candidate databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Analyze recruitment data to evaluate team performance and identify effective recruitment channels and strategies. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal standards and organizational policies. Query Resolution: Serve as a primary contact for resolving queries from team members, candidates, and other stakeholders. Address and resolve issues efficiently to maintain smooth operational flow and stakeholder satisfaction. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate senior staff or departments. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including HR departments, team leaders, and senior management, to ensure cohesive recruitment efforts. Report on recruitment metrics and progress towards goals in stakeholder meetings. Develop and sustain robust professional relationships to support ongoing and future recruitment needs. Target Achievement: Establish clear recruitment targets and strategies to meet workforce requirements. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve or exceed recruitment targets. Celebrate team successes and constructively address shortfalls to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Strong understanding of various recruitment channels and modern recruitment technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Proficient in CRM and data management software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
