Job Description Key Responsibilities: ● Contact and counsel prospective students from the database of leads. ● Provide detailed information about courses, programs, and admission procedures. ● Address inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions. ● Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion into enrollments. ● Assist students in completing application forms and documentation. ● Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality. ● Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system. ● Achieve and exceed enrollment targets. ● Stay updated on course offerings and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
