Relationship Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our team as Relationship Executives – Credit Card Sales. This is a field sales role, where you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products directly to customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct interaction in various locations such as residential areas, offices, and retail environments. Key Responsibilities: Actively approach potential customers in field locations to promote and sell credit card products. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable credit card solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned. Maintain excellent product knowledge to handle customer queries confidently. Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and participate in promotional events. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and successful conversions. Ensure proper documentation and assist customers with the application process. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for future cross-selling opportunities. Provide feedback on customer preferences, competition, and market trends. Requirements: Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Experience: 0–2 years of experience in field sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Good communication in local language; English/Hindi is a plus. Willingness to work in the field and travel locally. Basic understanding of financial products is an advantage.
