Relationship Executive - Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable life insurance products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and premium details clearly to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and cross-selling.
• Generate leads through cold calls, references, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, and service requests.
• Maintain customer records, follow up for renewals, and ensure customer retention.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by the company.
• Stay updated on company products, market trends, and competitors.
