As a Relationship Executive at Ashika Group, your role involves onboarding, managing, and driving sales from Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and existing clients. You will be instrumental in encouraging initial trading activity, increasing platform usage, and promoting suitable financial products. Your strong communication skills, consultative sales approach, and ability to build long-term relationships will be essential in achieving revenue targets through client engagement and cross-selling. This position offers hands-on experience in sales and channel development within the financial services sector. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to newly registered and existing Dhanush clients to drive initial trading activity and platform usage. - Assist IFAs with client onboarding, platform usage, and query resolution to ensure operational efficiency. - Clearly communicate the benefits, features, and services of Ashika Group to clients and IFAs. - Establish strong relationships with inactive or underutilised accounts to enhance platform usage. - Aid IFAs in identifying client needs and offer product support for effective cross-selling. - Maintain accurate logs of client and IFA interactions, follow-ups, and account activity in CRM tools. - Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution. - Achieve or surpass targets related to revenue generation and IFA channel growth. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector. - Strong understanding of financial products and services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
