Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Associate - Bancassurance
Company Name: Axis Max Life Insurance Job Description: As a Relationship Associate in the Bancassurance segment at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners to drive insurance sales. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products to the bank's customers and to provide exceptional service and support. You will work closely with bank staff to educate them on insurance products and facilitate the sales process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in resolving customer queries, conducting product training sessions for bank employees, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with banking partners.
  • Assist in the training and development of bank staff on insurance products.
  • Identify customer needs and promote relevant insurance solutions.
  • Support bank employees in the sales process to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor market trends and feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
