Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Haldwani. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves negotiating agreements, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be expected to identify new business opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Negotiation and Sales abilities
• Strong Organizational and Record-Keeping skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
