Job Description

Job Title : Manager Regulatory Reporting (Finance Control & Governance RTR)

Location :

Regulatory Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit

    regulatory & statutory returns

    (Lloyd’s, PRA, NAIC, EMEA, Bermuda, Canada).
  • Handle

    Solvency II reporting

    (QRTs, Pillar 3, SCR/MCR, balance sheet, own funds).
  • Prepare

    Lloyd’s market returns

    (QMA, QMB, QSR, ASR).
  • Support

    investment & asset reporting

    , reconciliations, and valuations.
  • Ensure

    regulatory compliance, governance, and audit readiness

    .
  • Collaborate with actuarial, treasury, finance, and compliance teams.
  • Support

    process improvement and automation

    .

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience in

    Insurance Regulatory Reporting

    (must have).
  • Strong accounting knowledge (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Hands-on experience with

    Oracle/Blackline

    or similar tools.
  • Advanced

    MS Excel

    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

  • Team Handling
  • Strong communication, analytical ability & attention to detail.

Qualification :

  • Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate.
