Job Description

Job Title : Manager Regulatory Reporting (Finance Control & Governance RTR)

Location :

Regulatory Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit
regulatory & statutory returns
(Lloyd’s, PRA, NAIC, EMEA, Bermuda, Canada).
Handle
Solvency II reporting
(QRTs, Pillar 3, SCR/MCR, balance sheet, own funds).
Prepare
Lloyd’s market returns
(QMA, QMB, QSR, ASR).
Support
investment & asset reporting
, reconciliations, and valuations.
Ensure
regulatory compliance, governance, and audit readiness
.
Collaborate with actuarial, treasury, finance, and compliance teams.
Support
process improvement and automation
.

Mandatory Skills:

Experience in
Insurance Regulatory Reporting
(must have).
Strong accounting knowledge (GAAP/IFRS).
Hands-on experience with
Oracle/Blackline
or similar tools.
Advanced
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Team Handling
Strong communication, analytical ability & attention to detail.

Qualification :

Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate.
