Regulatory Reporting Intermediate Analyst

As a Regulatory Reporting Intermediate Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in preparing and filing various Bank Regulatory Reports accurately and in a timely manner based on predefined metrics or KPIs. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of Regulatory Reports - Collaborating with stakeholders to implement process changes, improve productivity, and optimize reporting efficiency - Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and updating process notes accordingly - Analyzing data to identify factors contributing towards variances - Providing insights and recommendations for process improvement and automation - Maintaining detailed records of reports submitted and queries received from regulators Additionally, you will be required to: - Stay informed about industry practices and integrate them into the regulatory reporting process - Provide senior oversight to Analysts - Identify and mitigate risks/issues while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements - Perform data analysis to monitor data quality and completeness - Conduct periodic assessments to identify reporting deficiencies and communicate findings to stakeholders - Manage various deliverables for Regulatory Reporting projects - Be proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Qualifications required for this role include: - 4-7 years of experience partnering with Business & Technology stakeholders for successful delivery of Regulatory Reports - Knowledge and experience in Data Analytics, Xceptor, and other Smart Automation tools - Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work you will be performing.
