Key Accountabilities:

Support BSM's strategic goals

• Support the Regulatory Compliance Centre team in all administrative functions, non-technical work including satisfactory and prompt completion of all other tasks otherwise assigned/allotted.
  

Processes and procedure compliance

• Updating of QDMS.Continuous monitoring, follow up and updating of Group LPSQ Information, assistance to SMC.
  
• Assist Superintendents in compilation Group FP Reports (Monthly Report, Retention/Attrition report) Liaising with LPSQ Superintendents, CSC, External Manning Agencies, SMC for sourcing data and facilitate in preparation of analytics reports.
  
• Provide support in carrying out Manual amendments including those for minor non-technical related changes Facilitate the team in changes to the Group QHSE Manuals as requested by RCC Superintendents document, maintain records of such QDMS changes
  
• Provide support in carrying out Manual amendments including those for minor non-technical related changes Facilitate the team in changes to the Group QHSE Manuals as requested by RCC Superintendents document, maintain records of such QDMS changes
  
• Support in anti-piracy activities to SMC by issuing alerts, maintaining database of audits and service usage of security agencies (PMSC), security readiness of ships for HRA transit etc.
  
• Coordinate in the final editing process and with the local printer for printing the Insight magazine. Carry out the logistics function for timely distribution to various offices / personnel.
  
• Provide support in editing, publishing and releasing of Safety Themes, Policy Note, Alerts and Bulletins. Compilation of weekly updates and circulating same weekly.
