The Registration Executive is responsible for handling all activities related to vehicle registration, insurance coordination, and documentation for customers purchasing new two-wheelers. The role ensures timely and accurate processing of registration documents with the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and maintains compliance with all statutory requirements.

Collect and verify all documents required for vehicle registration (ID proof, address proof, insurance copy, etc.).
Coordinate with the RTO for submission and collection of registration documents and number plates.
Prepare and maintain registration files and records for each vehicle sold.
Ensure timely registration of all vehicles and delivery of RC books/smart cards to customers.
Liaise with insurance companies for policy issuance and renewals related to new vehicle sales.
Update and maintain RTO-related data in the DMS (Dealer Management System).
Follow up with customers or sales staff for pending documents.
Ensure proper handling of registration charges and maintain reconciliation records.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager and Accounts team on registration status.
Adhere to all legal and company compliance norms regarding vehicle registration and documentation.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
