This role ensures timely and accurate RTO documentation, coordination with customers and regulatory offices, and proper maintenance of records in compliance with company and government policies. Key Responsibilities: Handle RTO registration formalities including document verification, data entry, and submission. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and RTO departments to ensure smooth and timely registration. Maintain accurate records of registration, and delivery documentation. Verify customer details, vehicle information, and payment status before initiating billing and registration. Manage road tax, insurance, and number plate processes in compliance with RTO norms. Ensure proper filing and safe custody of customer and vehicle documents. Qualifications and Skills: 0–3 years of experience in billing or registration roles, preferably in the automobile industry. Good knowledge of RTO processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and DMS (Dealer Management System) software. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
