Registered Nurse

As a nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care with compassion, competence, and critical thinking skills in your respective area. You will demonstrate caring and comforting qualities while communicating with an empathetic and individualistic approach to patients, relatives, and significant others. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring a safe environment in both preventive and promotive aspects for all patients, relatives, and significant others - Maintaining interdepartmental and inter-unit coordination and communication - Possessing knowledge of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols of the ward/unit - Interpreting the department's policies and procedures to personnel, residents, visitors, and accrediting bodies as required - Liaising with consultants and heads of other departments for effective implementation of patient care and minimizing errors of omission and commission Qualifications required for this position are: - Minimum 3 years of experience - GNM or BSc in Nursing The company provides a Clinic Duty available in Avadi, Parithupattu with no night shifts. The duty timings are from 7 am to 5 pm and 11 am to 8 pm, with Sundays off. Hostel facilities are available for your convenience. In addition to the above, the job types available are Full-time, Part-time, and Permanent with an expected 10 hours per week. The work schedule may include day shift, evening shift, fixed shift, morning shift, rotational shift, and weekend availability.
