You will ensure the provision of a safe environment in both preventive and promotive aspects for all patients, relatives, and significant others. It is essential to maintain interdepartmental and inter-unit coordination and communication. You should possess knowledge regarding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols of the ward/unit. Interpreting the department's policies and procedures to personnel, residents, visitors, and accrediting bodies as required is part of your responsibilities. You will also be liaising with consultants and heads of other departments for the effective implementation of patient care and minimizing errors of omission and commission. This is a permanent job opportunity with clinic duty available in Avadi, Parithupattu. The minimum requirement is 3 years of experience with GNM or BSc Nursing qualifications. There are no night shifts involved, only morning and evening shifts with duty timings from 7 am to 5 pm and 11 am to 8 pm. You will have Sundays off, and hostel facilities are available. The job types include full-time, part-time, and permanent positions with an expected 10 hours per week. Benefits include a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and paid time off.
