Registered Nurse

As a Clinical Nurse in our organization, your main role will be to provide direct nursing care to patients in order to maintain or restore their optimum health status. Your responsibilities will include: - Assessing and reporting physiological, pathological, and psychological signs and symptoms of the patients. - Admitting, transferring, and discharging patients with utmost care and attention. - Maintaining a high standard of patient care at all times. - Building and fostering a positive patient-nurse relationship. - Accompanying attending doctors on rounds and implementing required treatments. - Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients. - Performing technical tasks such as administering medications as per hospital policies and assisting doctors in various procedures. - Providing personal hygiene care, dressing wounds, and caring for patients' eyes and ears. - Collecting and sending specimens to the Pathology department. - Observing changes in patients' conditions, taking necessary actions, and reporting to the relevant authority. - Offering psychological support to patients and catering to their nutritional needs. - Participating in clinical teaching and in-service education programs. The job type for this position is full-time with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund. The schedule involves rotational shifts, and there is a yearly bonus provided as well.
