You will assist in developing performance metrics and indicators to measure the impact of quality improvement efforts, monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report outcomes to stakeholders. Collaboration with other Clinical Coach-Mentors and quality improvement teams to share knowledge and experiences will be an essential aspect of your role. You will support and implement the district quality improvement program in collaboration with the district public health system and the technical support unit. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of elder-friendly services within the district in alignment with the organization's flagship initiative. Applicants for this position must possess at least a degree in AYUSH, BHMS, MSc Nursing, or BSc Nursing, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical coaching and mentoring. Essential qualifications include a minimum of three years of experience in clinical practice or clinical teaching-coaching. Desirable candidates will have experience in Health Care Quality or a formal quality system. Required skills and competencies include a sound understanding of clinical coaching, mentoring, and quality concepts, proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and oral), effective communication skills, and computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This position is a full-time contractual/temporary role with a contract length of 5 months. The schedule may include day shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, with an employer-provided relocation package.
