As a Regional Business Manager, Area Business Manager, or Medical Representative with a CNS (Central Nervous System) background at Lyceum Life Sciences, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide high-quality, affordable, and reliable medicines to empower patients. Operating in Rajasthan, particularly in Jaipur with collaboration with teams in Ahmedabad, your responsibilities will include managing regional or area-level pharmaceutical operations and sales, creating and executing effective business strategies, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving brand awareness and market penetration of CNS products. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in regional or area operations and sales, possess in-depth knowledge of CNS pharmaceuticals and the Indian healthcare industry, demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, exhibit strategic planning and execution capabilities, showcase a track record of sales target achievement and team leadership, be willing to travel within Rajasthan and work on-site in Ahmedabad as needed, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
