Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Regional Business Manager, Area Business Manager, or Medical Representative specializing in CNS background operations in Rajasthan. The responsibilities include managing regional/area operations, developing and executing business strategies, achieving sales targets, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our pharmaceutical products within the CNS domain.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing regional or area operations and sales teams
• Strong understanding of CNS (Central Nervous System) pharmaceuticals and the healthcare industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Able to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel within the assigned region as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is preferred
