As a Regional Workplace Lead in Pune, your role is crucial in ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment for all employees. You should have a strong background in facilities management, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of workplace operations, including routine maintenance, repairs, and physical site security. - Manage and coordinate extended vendor teams to ensure high standards of service. - Conduct regular office inspections to proactively address operational and maintenance needs. - Ensure office cleanliness and a positive overall employee experience through effective vendor coordination and team delegation. - Promptly respond to and resolve facility-related emergencies and issues. - Maintain accurate records of facility assets, maintenance schedules, and inspections. Compliance, Safety & Security: - Implement and enforce workplace policies and procedures to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. - Guarantee a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment for all employees. - Manage all safety, security, and badging-related programs. Budget & Financial Management: - Develop and manage the annual workplace budget, meticulously tracking expenses. - Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. - Ensure all programs and workplace operations remain within the approved annual budget. Project & System Coordination: - Coordinate and supervise workplace-related projects, including moves, adds, and changes. - Oversee the services ticket system to ensure operational effectiveness and accurate reporting. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: - Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to understand and meet their facility requirements. - Foster strong cross-collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and business partners. - Provide support to the India Head of Workplace Services on various projects and regional requirements. Space Planning & Employee Satisfaction: - Manage space planning, including seating rearrangements, on an as-needed basis. - Strive for high employee satisfaction with their work environment, particularly concerning office operations and maintenance. Required Qualifications: - Graduate with 10+ years of comprehensive work experience in workplace operations. - Proven experience in creating and operating within budget guidelines. - Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively. - Highly adaptable, comfortable with change and ambiguity, and capable of quickly mobilizing teams and resources. - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and supervisory skills. - Strong aptitude for managing schedules related to projects, facilities operations, technology, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. - Responsible for managing and addressing facility services to ensure uptime and resolve breakdowns, even outside of regular work hours, on weekends, and holidays. - Flexible hours to meet the demands of a growing workforce. - Possess strong work habits and excellent time management abilities.
