Role Summary:

The Regional Trainer will be responsible for implementing and driving all retail training initiatives within the assigned region. This role ensures that store teams are well-equipped with product knowledge, customer service skills, sales techniques, and operational excellence to meet business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Conduct onboarding, product, process, and soft skills training for new and existing retail staff.
  • Deliver training programs in line with company standards and regional requirements.
  • Conduct refresher sessions to reinforce key selling and service skills.

2. Training Needs Analysis

  • Identify skill gaps and training needs through regular store visits, performance data, and feedback from regional managers.
  • Collaborate with the HO Training team to design customized modules as per regional requirements.

3. Performance & Impact Assessment

  • Track training effectiveness through post-training assessments, on-the-job evaluations, and store KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT, etc.).
  • Provide feedback and coaching to store teams and managers.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Partner with Regional Managers, Store Managers, and HR teams to plan and execute training calendars.
  • Ensure timely reporting of training metrics, attendance, and feedback.

5. Content Localization

  • Adapt and contextualize training material to suit regional cultural and language preferences without compromising brand standards.
  • Share insights from the field to continuously improve training content.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Retail, HR, or related field.
  • 47 years of experience in retail training or sales training (fashion, lifestyle, electronics, or FMCG preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact training programs for frontline staff.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills (regional language proficiency preferred).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
