In this role, you will:

1. Sell & Service Customers

   – Onboard and manage freelance handymen, ensuring compliance with EasyFix processes.

2. Handle Customer Escalations

   – Resolve issues from irate customers to maintain a positive experience.

3. Research & Improve Operations

   – Study current handyman structures and identify challenges faced by brands, customers, and service providers.

4. Leverage Relationships

   – Utilize market connections with handymen, clients, and customers to generate new demand and supply streams.
