Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in learning facilitation, talent development, or organizational effectiveness. - Strong facilitation skills with the ability to adapt across live and virtual formats. - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) to explain, inspire, and influence. - Proven analytical skills to interpret data and make data-informed decisions. - Cultural intelligence and the ability to build trust across diverse teams and geographies. - Agility in fast-changing environments with a growth mindset and a bias for action. - Familiarity with learning systems (e.g., Workday Learning), facilitation platforms (Zoom, Miro), and analytics tools. - Curiosity about the future of work, particularly how AI can enhance talent development at scale.
