Experience Required for ASM: FMCG Sales Specialist | Food Category (Atta, Besan, Suji, etc.) | Expert in Super Stockist & Distributor Appointments | Skilled in Target-Driven SO Team Management Results-driven sales professional with specialized expertise in the FMCG food segment, including staple products like Atta, Besan, and Suji. Proven track record of appointing and managing a robust distribution network (Super Stockists and Distributors) to ensure market penetration and sales growth. Strong leadership in guiding Sales Officer (SO) teams towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Deep understanding of rural and urban market dynamics, channel sales strategies, and demand generation. Qualifications: Graduate/MBA with specialization in Marketing. Salary Negotiable.
