REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - VEHICLE LOAN

As a Regional Sales Manager for Car Loans, your primary responsibility will be to drive car loan business growth in the assigned region. This will involve managing sales teams, dealer relationships, and channel partners effectively. Your goal is to achieve disbursement targets, expand market presence, and ensure operational efficiency while upholding compliance with company policies. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strong leadership skills, possess in-depth market knowledge, and have prior experience in vehicle finance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of sales managers and officers to drive performance and meet targets - Monitor team performance, provide guidance and support as needed - Onboard and engage dealers/DSAs to build strong partnerships - Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the loan process Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and management within the vehicle finance industry - Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activities - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Please note that the benefits offered for this full-time, permanent position include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
