Regional Sales manager- Uttar Pradesh

As a Sales Manager for sports nutrition products in Uttar Pradesh, your role will involve driving and growing offline sales of whey proteins, mass gainers, and allied supplements. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, gyms, fitness centers, sports stores, and retailers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team and channel management. - Expanding the distribution network to increase product reach across major cities like Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Agra, and Meerut. - Recruiting, training, and leading sales executives to ensure strong field performance. - Collaborating with marketing for product launches, promotions, and brand-building activities. - Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and new market trends to identify growth opportunities. - Preparing and presenting regional performance reports and sales insights to management. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of experience in the Sports Nutrition industry (mandatory). - Proven track record of handling regional territories and achieving sales targets. - Strong network with fitness professionals, gym owners, distributors, and retailers in Uttar Pradesh. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
