Position : Regional Sales Manager – Surgical Devices Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra Languages : Hindi and English (Mandatory), Marathi preferred Role Summary We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager – Surgical Devices to lead and grow surgical equipment sales in Maharashtra , especially the Mumbai region. The role demands strong local market knowledge, a healthcare sales background, and a solid network in hospitals and medical institutions. Key Responsibilities Lead B2B sales of surgical equipment across hospitals, clinics & healthcare centers Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets Build strong relationships with doctors, procurement teams, and institutions Conduct product demos, support procurement, and manage client accounts Track competitors, provide reports, and expand the client base Requirements 1-4 years in medical/surgical equipment sales Strong healthcare network in Maharashtra (especially Mumbai) Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) Excellent communication & negotiation skills Must be self-driven and target-oriented Willingness to travel as needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: Marathi (Required) Hindi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
