Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for driving business growth acrossSouth India. You will lead teams, manage distribution networks, and ensure sales targetsare consistently met. You will also play a key role in strengthening our presence in themarket, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring that our products reachevery potential customer in the region. Your leadership and market insights will be centralto the continued growth of Shalimar Incense Pvt Ltd. Lead and manage Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and TSI teams to achievestrong regional performance. Develop and implement sales strategies for the Southern region, aligned withnational goals. Expand distribution networks and ensure effective coverage across urban and ruralmarkets. Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships. Monitor regional performance through sales reports and implement correctiveactions where required. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan trade promotions and marketactivations. Ensure efficient territory management, inventory planning, and pricing strategies.Required Skills and KnowledgeThis role requires a results-oriented professional with proven experience in managingregional sales operations in the FMCG sector. You should bring strong leadership qualities,deep market understanding, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams. Priorexperience with food, soaps and detergents, or confectionery industries will be an addedadvantage. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multi-level sales teams.

Proven success in territory management and distribution expansion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry and consumer behavior in South India. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve sales outcomes. Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and performance management.
