Job Description

Basic Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the overall revenue performance of the region.
  • Evaluate team performance on a continuous basis.
  • Achieve assigned targets for T1 & T2 partners.
  • Ensure timely settlement of market claims, and monitor teams productivity.
  • Proven track record in sales, ability to manage the performance of geographically spread team.
  • Work with seniors on implementing organizational strategy are key determinants for success in this role.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Managerial Responsibility of Direct & Indirect Reports (No of reporters is subject to location).
  • Developing and maintaining the relationship with the dealer network.
  • Basic understanding of distribution.

Critical Experience:

  • Strong sales & distribution background
  • People management experience
