Regional Sales Manager Aftermarket Sales

As a Sales Manager at MAN Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for the Aftermarket Order Intake Local & Global from the given territory for PrimeServ Steam Turbine Bengaluru. Your key focus will be on the development of new customers to drive growth. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships and supporting them with all their requirements falling under the purview of MAN Energy Solutions. Your tasks will involve performing internal activities with local organizations and product centers, from Project Identification to Completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Target Oriented and Responsible for Local & Global Business from given set of MAN ES Products & Customers. - Planning and forecasting business figures for local and global business. - Enquiry Generation, Review, Offer/Tender, and keeping track of submitted offers/tenders till order booking for Spares, Retrofits, Repairs, Footprints & Services in the local market. - Liaison with HQ, Product center & Customer for Enquiry and Orders in the global market. - Techno-Commercial Negotiation with customers. - Providing sales team support across India. - Performing with the aim of achieving the highest possible work efficiency. - Ensuring compliance with the Company Code of Conduct and all processes and procedures. - Enhancing the image and reputation of the company while supporting its commercial interests. - Adhering to all Health & Safety laws & guidelines relevant to your role and the safety of colleagues, visitors, and external partners. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. - 7-10 Years of experience in Sales. - Proficiency in data compilation and analytics. - Strong Business Communication, Negotiation Skills, and time management abilities.
