Job Description

As a highly experienced and dynamic Regional Head for the Hospitals and Retail Division in the North region, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a high-performing team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the Hospital and Retail Sales teams for the North Division. - Driving achievement of monthly sales targets (23 Crores) and ensuring annual revenue goals are met. - Developing strategies to expand market presence across hospitals, retail pharmacies, and distributors. - Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to increase product penetration. - Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a team of experienced professionals with proven expertise in Hospitals and Retail sales. - Monitoring team performance and providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve set goals. - Ensuring effective supply chain coordination to maintain product availability in the market. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital administrators, retail partners, and stakeholders. - Regularly reviewing sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: - Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration (preferred). - 10+ years of sales leadership experience in Pharma / Healthcare sector, with proven success in Hospitals and Retail channels. - Strong business acumen with expertise in achieving and exceeding high-value sales targets. - Established network of hospital contacts and retail distributors in North India. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams. You should be willing to travel extensively within North India and have the ability to bring in an experienced team with established hospital and retail expertise. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The education requirement is a Master's degree, and the experience required is a minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical sales. The work location is in person.,
