Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our start-up. In this role, you will be responsible for going to Schools and generate sales leads, building relationships with potential Schools, and closing deals, with your earnings solely based on the commission you earn from your sales. This is a field-based position requiring strong self-motivation and strong discipline to work on your own time with unlimited earnings potential. Existing Ed-Tech sales executives can also apply to maximize earning potential and utilize current schools client base.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and build strong relationships with school decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Management Committees).

  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand school needs and present Life Colors solutions effectively.

  • Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to potential schools.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, closing, and onboarding.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Accurately track and report sales activities and progress.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, education services, or institutional sales.
  • Freshers are welcome if strong desire and skills demonstrated during Interview process.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Computer Skills & Owning a Laptop is a strong plus for product demonstrations and to close sales.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with school leaders and decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about education.
  • Comfortable with field sales and regular travel for client meetings.
  • Prior experience in dealing with schools is a strong plus.
