Regional Retail Trainer

As a Regional Retail Trainer, you will deliver effective training and develop our retail team to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

? Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for retail teams both in-person and remotely.

? Provide in-depth product knowledge training to ensure the retail team is equipped to confidently present and sell our products.

? Deliver training on sales techniques, negotiation skills, customer service, and other relevant skills to enhance the retail team&aposs performance.

? Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires and familiarizing them with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

? Assess the performance of the sales team during training sessions and provide constructive feedback and coaching to address performance gaps.

? Work closely with store and cluster managers to align training initiatives with sales goals and identify specific training needs.

? Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material.

Skills Required:

? Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

? 2-5 years experience as a retail trainer, sales trainer, or in a similar training role.

? Strong knowledge of retail industry practices, sales techniques, and customer service principles.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills

? Ability to design and deliver effective training programs, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.

? Proficient in MS Office suite and other training software/tools.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

? Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
