Supporting Actions

Business Excellence & Customer Management

(R) Track and monitor the adherence of business excellence processes and report any non-conformity (R) Provide consolidated customer feedback analysis of all plants

Maintenance Management

(A) Explore new sources for economically viable maintenance services while considering availability of quality indigenized(localized) spares (P) Prepare planning and budgeting for electrical maintenance process

Order Planning & Scheduling

(A) Enter order details into SAP and perform production planning to allocate orders to the plants based on the availability of plant TMs and pumps (A) Schedule Application Engineers, TMs and Pumps as per order requirement and ensure optimal utilization of TMs, Pumps & concrete pipe lines

Planning & Budgeting Production

Execution

(R) Prepare, consolidate and analyze Cluster plan and budget (A) Formulate and implement execution plan as per the production schedule

Resource optimization

(A) Allocate and optimize mechanical manpower utilization by reshuffling between plants as per needs and availability (A) Minimize losses in case of rejections or order cancellations by diverting materials or lining up other orders (R) Ensure the availability of TMs/Pumps and other resources based on the future requirement forecasted (R,A) Plan utility management by forecasting future demands and inform the future requirement of

TMs/Pumps and other resources

Safety & Statutory Compliance

(A) Conduct Safety Audit of all the equipments in the plant as per schedule (A) Ensure that the safety procedures and compliances are followed as per safety guidelines at plants (A) Ensure TM and pump vendors comply safety parameters

Sustainability

(A) Address any environment pollution related grievances from the neighbouring communities adjacent to the plants (R,A) Ensure adherence of environmental or anti-pollution norms set up by the government at cluster (R,A) Track and control the water usage, energy usage, and CO2 emission or emission of dust/particulate

matter and other pollutants/wastes at cluster

Training and Development

R) Create and provide opportunity for knowledge enhancement through Training, Seminars, Conferences etc.

Vendor Management & Vendor

Management - Raw Materials

(A) Conduct monthly meeting with equipment vendors to improve resource optimization (R) Forecast future demands for the cluster and liaise with vendors to ensure availability of raw materials in the cluster and guarantee smooth operation
