Regional Project Manager

Vanarai, a 39-year-old organization founded by PadmaVibhushan Dr. Mohan Dharia working for environment conservation and sustainable rural development, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for the position of Regional Project Manager. The region comprises Nashik, Nagar, and Khandala, with the location being Pune. As a Regional Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Financial planning of the project. - Identifying and addressing any project work causing delays. - Planning tasks based on progress report errors provided by the project manager. - Guiding the group for smooth project implementation. - Liaising with the Funding Institution regularly. - Supervising and guiding regional Project coordinators and field teams. - Developing detailed project execution plans and monitoring progress. - Ensuring seamless collaboration between research, finance, and implementation teams. - Monitoring budgets, work orders, and project expenditures. - Assisting in resolving operational roadblocks and unforeseen field challenges. - Identifying opportunities for area growth, lead generation, etc. The ideal candidate for this position should have the following profile: - Educational qualification: M.Tech. Soil & Water Conservation Engg., Masters in Project Management. - Experience: 7-10 years in execution & operations management, ideally in a leading NGO. - Skills required: Leadership, communication, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, problem-solving, creativity. Ability to manage multiple teams across the region. This is a full-time job with the work location being in person. Proficiency in English is preferred.
