Job Opening: Regional Operations Manager – NCR

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office) Experience: 7+ Years Salary (CTC): ₹7 – ₹9 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to manage and support our operational sites across the NCR region. This person will lead site activities, handle team mobilization, ensure smooth daily operations, and coordinate with clients. The role requires someone who is proactive, responsible, and ready to travel across different sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Quickly set up new sites by arranging manpower and resources
• Keep the workforce stable.
• Make sure site staff attendance is tracked properly and on time
• Submit accurate bills and documents to clients without delays
• Travel to sites when needed and act as Site Incharge during new site launches

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in site operations or field management
• Strong people management and coordination skills
• Willing to travel regularly across NCR
• Must be based in Gurugram or ready to relocate
• Work from office is required (no remote option)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
