Regional Manager Training & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional operational plans aligned with national skilling program objectives.
Lead
mobilization
efforts through partnerships with educational institutions and government bodies.
Ensure adherence to
quality standards during training delivery
and
placement
processes.
Manage regional
project budgets
and ensure
financial compliance

Drive a result-oriented, ethical, and process-driven work culture.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Academics, Finance, IT, PMO, MIS) for seamless operations.
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing regional and center teams.
Track and report performance metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the
skill development sector
(at least 5 years in team management).
Proven experience in
donor-funded training or livelihood projects
.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Bengali must
communication and problem-solving abilities.
