Regional Manager - Sales & Marketing

Regional manager is defined as a head of a region and makes strategy and business plan for sales growth in his Region and work to implement it at ground level by instructing, motivating and inspiring his team members to generate more sale.

Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct Team Meetings
Attending all types of queries regarding sales & marketing and team developmentAnalysing periodic sales and marketing activitiesDevelop Sales & marketing operationsSupervise daily activities

Ensure Timely interventions with the issues of the teams

Provide customer service by issuing resolution within defined time frames and according to quality standards and expectations

Ensure all the quality and quantity of products are up to the satisfaction of the consumers, also to monitor the quality of the service of the customer care, logistics and all the staffs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
