Role & responsibilities Strategy & Sales : Develop and execute regional business strategies, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop sales and operations teams across the region. Operations : Manage daily operations, inventory, and product availability for optimal performance. Customer Service : Ensure top-notch customer service and manage customer satisfaction. Financial Management : Oversee the regional budget, monitor financial performance, and optimize costs. Marketing : Collaborate with marketing to execute regional campaigns and increase brand visibility. Reporting : Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leader. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Optometry, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in sales/management within the optical or retail industry. Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills. Experience in managing large teams or multi-location optical stores. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and retail analytics. Strong understanding of optical sales trends and customer behaviour.
