Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Job Description Undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like Attendance Management, leave management, HRIS trainings, PF, ESIC awareness training, make up to date all employee records. Procuring all the leave applications. ESIC card preparations & provide to employees. Coordinate with employees for daily attendance adherence, if any mis-punches, dual punches arise, coordinate for unapplied or un-approved leaves taken by the employee, take necessary action & deduction of pay. Prepare monthly attendance records in assistance to salary process, share attendance for verification, compile the verified records, Prepare all other ad hoc payments & deductions for salary processing such all allowances, deduction and fines. Coordinate with bank concerns for salary accounts. Verify New Joining Bank details with documents before salary processing on monthly basis. Verify updates in bank detail of existing employees with documents before salary processing on monthly basis. Manage contract labour, Verify agreements before execution between Company & Vendor. Monitor Agreements validity from time to time and before any payments. Liable for Vendor payments on monthly basis, Verify attendance & Bills. Coordinate with each center manager& employee for employee grievances if any issue reported or arise. Take necessary action and send mails/letter- show cause notices, suspension, termination letters. Make effective Employee Relations. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management. Prepare supporting data for various Inspections regarding PF, ESI & other labor department notices after inspection or at the time of inspection. Maintain employee files and records in electronic & paper form and keep it confidential. Coordinate with employee to provide proper documents as required for personal records for HR. Maintain and regularly update (personal database, organogram) of each employee. Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly. Coordinate with managers and concern department senior for retention of employee. Manage employee Rewards & recognition such as employee of the month & star performers. Desired Candidate Profile Must have good communication skills. Must have good experience of HR Generalist & labour Compliances profile. Ready to travel within the branches across India. Must have good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
