Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage key functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll processing, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR best practices and Indian labor laws. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions). Coordinate with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements. Post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees. 2. Payroll & Attendance Manage monthly payroll processes including attendance tracking, leave records, and salary computation. Coordinate with the accounts department for timely salary disbursement. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and TDS. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll-related records. 3. Employee Engagement & Records Maintain updated employee records and manage the HRMS. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives. Address employee grievances and escalate as necessary. Support the performance appraisal and feedback process. 4. Compliance & HR Policies Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and Indian labor regulations. Assist with internal audits and statutory filings. Draft and revise HR policies and standard operating procedures. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll. Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
